+ Great location, stuff

− Nothing serious just need more welcoming and caring for the guests..

+ Clean and nice

− Reception staff one of them was not good

+ The location was close to one of the malls.

− The hotel stuff treatment was very bad and not supportive at all. One of the worst reception girl that I have ever met is Vectoria. Please don’t book this hotel; there are more options for cheaper price and definitely better hospitality and better stuff.

− the sky bar. I was given the worst table despite there were better table available. the service was despicable, the waiting for food was 50 minutes. when I asked the bill I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to collect it. out of patience, I handed the bill myself as I didn't want to loose all night there.

− Dont book one of the luxury rooms. There IS a Business Lounge included. Ladies are not allowed to enter this Lounge If the wear Hermes mules. That are very expensive shoes but not allowed in this Lounge. It was a great mess and we never had such a situation in any 5 stars hotel in the world. Julia the Guests Manager is old Russian style. The General Manager was not interested in speaki g to his guests. So we think the service problem starts from the Top-Management. If you look to the staffs shoes, esp. Julias plastic shoes this is really not 5 Stars wearth. The service is maximum 3 stars. Hänge the management and we are sure the service will be much better.

+ I like the hotel and everything about it the staff is helpful the room was clean my view from the room was extremley perfect there was a security at the gate so your stay will be in a safe hand

− i had a bad experience It was far from the center and it was difficult for taxis to reach me because of the New Year, as it took more than an hour to walk to Red Square by walking or 40 minutes by transportation. I advise going to a place closer to Red Square because all the food and events are there. I became ill and they did not help or cooperate with me. For me to stay until flight time, they even thought about finances, as they pressured me to leave the room or pay a high amount to stay, and they do not understand. They do not have a language except Russian. It is difficult to deal with them.
